Office Team: The UK office will be your first point of contact with Bulferetti School
Travel. Each of our office staff is passionate and has extensive experience in the travel industry. The staff will gladly help you make your booking, advise on any queries you might have and handle all tour arrangements prior to your departure.
Resort Manager: Each group is allocated their own Bulferetti School Travel’s resort manager who is available on call 24 hours a day in resort and at your exclusive service. Your resort manager arranges and chaperones all activities for your group in resort and is your point of contact for any issues that may arise.
Travel & Transfer
The majority of our passengers choose to travel by air to Italy, opting to spend less time travelling and more time enjoying their holiday. You can book your flight by yourself.
We always provide a coach transfer to and from the airport. We take tremendous care in the selection of our coach partners, paying particular attention to safety standards, and the experience and enthusiasm of their drivers. We carry out various checks on any coach operator we use to ensure that our high safety standards are always met. The drivers are experienced and friendly.

Booking Conditions
We are a member of ABTA with membership number Y6838.
Our online booking procedures comply with ABTA’s Standards on Websites and Online Trading.
Financial protection information: we are a Member of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. We provide financial protection for our package holidays.
The combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations. Therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. We will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole. Additionally, as required by law, we have protection in place to refund your payments.
